Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at eleganceyash@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order number.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery.
- Orders placed during sale or using a discount coupon are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, washing, alterations, or damage caused by the customer.
- Innerwear, accessories, and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchanges for a different size or colour are subject to stock availability.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at eleganceyash@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping charges and coupon discounts are non-refundable.
- If you received a defective or wrong item, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
